PRIVACY POLICY

Neither Triad Flex User Group, nor its managers or officers(if officers are used) will ever use your email or personal information for any purpose other than to communicate with you regarding group events, meetings, and other such group related needs.  We will not provide your email and other personal information to any outside party without your consent.

Occasionally, I do receive posts from employers looking for people with certain skill-sets.  These posts will be placed in the "Job Postings" section of the group website and it will be your decision to contact and follow-up to these posts.  We will never provide anyone your information without your consent.  It is healthy to maintain a dialogue with those looking for your skills, but we are not recruiters.  We are a community of people interested in designing, and building web 2.0 applications using Adobe Flex and Actionscript 3.0 and in gaining the skills needed to allow us to provide our skills to the marketplace.

Bottom line is that we will keep your information(such as email, and other personal information) private, unless of course compelled by the law.  That's what a privacy policy is all about right.
